Our Repair Process
Stop by for your initial estimate, no appointment needed, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. Bring any Insurance information you have with you, including the Claim Number and the Adjuster's name and phone number.
Your vehicle will be repaired by expert, I-Car trained technicians. Once the vehicle is disassembled, any additional damage will be added to the repair estimate. You and your Insurance Company will be notified of any supplements or changes in your delivery date.
After we write an estimate for you, we can schedule repairs. We will contact your Insurance Company for authorization and set up a rental car for you, if needed.
Drop your vehicle off on our scheduled appointment date. If we set up a rental car for you, they will provide a shuttle service to their location. If you need to drop your vehicle off after hours, please use our after hours drop box, located next to our front door.
Completion and Pick Up
We will notify you as soon as repairs are completed. Arrangements can be made so you can return to our office to ensure a speedy pick up of your car.
All repairs come with a final billing repair order, damage assessment, and written lifetime warranty. We will assist you with acquiring payment and/or billing with Insurance Companies, fleet or corporate accounts, and third party payments. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks up to $500.
After repairs are completed, you will receive a certificate stating our lifetime warranty. This warranty is our guarantee to you! We want you to be completely satisfied with our services, and continue to rely on us for any future repairs.
After you pick up your vehicle, we recommend hand washing only for the first 30 days. Watch out for bug splatter, tree sap, etc. Remove these items from the paint with a clean micro fiber towel and mild soap as soon as possible. Hand wax is allowed after 30 days.
